About the Role
This Sunset boutique is looking for a Social Media & Community Manager who is excited by storytelling, aesthetics, and authentic connections. In this role, you’ll help manage their online presence, engage with their community of vintage enthusiasts, and help bring the boutique’s brand to life across platforms. 💻

This is a hybrid, part-time position for 5-10 hours per week. Hours are flexible.
What You’ll Do
✨ Curate, plan, and post content for Instagram, Pinterest, and/or other platforms
✨ Photograph/film vintage pieces and create engaging, on-brand visuals (reels, styling videos, behind-the-scenes looks)
✨ Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and customer inquiries to nurture community engagement
✨ Build and grow a community of vintage fashion lovers — online and offline
✨ Coordinate with the boutique team on promotions, styling sessions, pop-ups, and events
✨ Track performance metrics and recommend creative strategies for growth
✨ Brainstorm and implement revenue generating growth strategies (e.g. events, workshops, online community groups…etc.)
What You Bring
🌼 A love for vintage fashion, storytelling, and building communities
🌼 Experience with social media accounts
🌼 Photography, video, and content creation skills (familiar with Instagram Reels, TikTok trends, and Pinterest aesthetics)
🌼 A creative voice with excellent writing and communication skills
🌼 Proactive, organized, and excited to bring fresh ideas to the table
