About the Role
We’re looking for a Florist Assistant/Apprentice who is excited to grow with us — this is more than just a job, it’s a chance to learn the floral business from the ground up and step into a long-term role. 🤝
No prior floral experience needed!!
This is a hybrid part-time position for 10-20 hours per week.
What You’ll Do
🌼 Assist in creating floral arrangements, bouquets, and displays
🌼 Care for flowers — trimming, watering, and keeping blooms fresh
🌼 Greet and help customers choose the perfect flowers or gifts
🌼 Keep the shop tidy, welcoming, and beautifully presented
🌼 Receive and process flower deliveries and supplies
🌼 Help set up and assist during floral workshops (prepping flowers, guiding participants, tidying up after classes)
🌼 Handle basic shop tasks like ringing up purchases and answering the phone
